RED means "Retired, Extremely Dangerous".

Apparently this is an action-comedy, and it stars Bruce Willis.  So far, ugh.  There are also a bunch of familiar aging character actors.  I don't know anything about it, but here's a quote from someone who has seen it: "It has about as much to do with the Warren Ellis comic as Clifford The Big Red Dog."
